What types of grooming products do you offer?
We specialize in premium grooming collections including beard care (beard oil, balm, serum, wash, and accessories), body wellness products (body lotion, wash, bars), bath soaps, aromatherapy items, and specialized products like our Anti-Friction Stick and Charcoal Body Bars.
Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Our products are carefully formulated for various skin types, but we recommend checking individual product descriptions for specific suitability. Our beard care line is designed to address different beard textures and skin sensitivities.
Do you offer product samples?
Currently, we don’t offer individual product samples, but our Heritage Collection provides an excellent introduction to our premium grooming range.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We offer global delivery to most countries worldwide. However, due to logistical constraints, delivery to some Asian regions and select remote areas may not be available.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two shipping options:
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

How long does order processing take?
Each order receives our meticulous attention and requires 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
My order contains multiple products – will they ship together?
For orders containing different product types (such as Beard Accessories combined with Bath & Body items), we may ship from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return?

Are there any products that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, opened beard care and personal wellness products cannot be returned unless defective.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. We never store your complete payment details on our servers.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While creating an account allows you to track orders and save preferences, you can checkout as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for the best PureVibe experience.
International Orders
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
Your order total includes product cost and shipping. However, international customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country, which are beyond our control.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Due to carrier restrictions with our premium shipping partners, we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
What if my country has restrictions on grooming products?
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered products comply with their country’s import regulations. We cannot be held responsible for items seized by customs.
