Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as when received
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories once opened or used:

  • Opened Bath & Body products (Bath Soaps, Body Wash, Body Lotion, Body Bars)
  • Used Beard Care items (Beard Oil, Beard Balm, Beard Serum, Beard Wash, Beard Cream, Beard Softener, Beard Conditioning Mist)
  • Opened Aromatherapy products
  • Any personal care items where the seal has been broken

Return Process
